About the Program

The Management Trainee Program (MTP) is designed to identify, nurture, and develop future leaders who can contribute to the continuous growth and success of our organization. Through this program, we aim to provide talented young graduates with structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry professionals.

Our objective is to transform fresh graduates into competent professionals who can take on key roles across departments such as Operations, IT & Systems, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Who Can Apply

This program is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their career and make a meaningful impact.

• Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, BSc in SCM, Logistics, or Engineering preferred).
• Should have good communication skills and be able to work in a team.
• Strong analytical ability, MS Excel knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work in yard operations environment and warehouse operations.
• Candidate must be willing to be permanently posted in Chittagong and may be posted in other places upon completion of 12-month trainee program.
• Must be free to join and attend regular full-time office from 1st February, 2026
